Dr. Jenee Odani is CTAHR's Associate Specialist in Veterinary Extension. Dr. Odani grew up in Wailuku, Maui, and is a graduate of the University of California's School of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation, she worked in small animal private practice for two years and then began residency training in diagnostic pathology at the California Animal Health and Food Safety Laboratory in San Bernardino, CA. Now a board-certified veterinary anatomic pathologist with experience working with a variety of animal species, Dr. Odani is passionate about helping producers meet their individual goals.
- interpret knowledge and research developed at the UH College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources (CTAHR) and other Land-Grant Universities
- deliver science-based animal health information to veterinarians, animal producers, and consumers in the State of Hawaii
- work collaboratively with and support the efforts of extension personnel, thereby improving the health management of livestock, poultry, and aquaculture.
